::Extremely unfriendly team, I paid the full insurance (40 €pd) and they still pushed to appear and explain what happened with the car. Even after I explicitly told them the day of the rental, there was damage on the car. I strongly discourage renting here.

::don t ever book with them , they will force you to pay extra money with different reasons otherwise they will not give you the car . worst customer service . I have reached the counter of Global rent at 23:40 due to delay in Lufthansa flight 202 to pickup my car but the agent try With different means to take extra money from me . First he said the security box is closed at 23:00 and i have to take better diesel car if i paid 400euro ! Then he said he can reduce it to 200 euro . Then when i refused and asked to have the car which i already paid for he said i have to pay 100 euro for late checkout and when i asked him for prove for this extra money he left me and said he will not give me the car because he is late and his company don t pay him overtime. I already record what happen by my mobile and take photo for him also i think the security camera have record everything

::Staff was terrible when picking up the car. Tried to up-sell things that were already part of the car (I thankfully declined all and still had everything). I really felt cheated in that moment of time and was very unhappy. This is just not what I would call customer service! Will try to go somewhere else again in the future, not a good experience. Also they keep the security deposit on my card for ages, which causes problems for me. And good luck driving down the parking garage with a big car. It is not the easiest option in the world.

::Renting with them is a trap. They tricked us to return the car prematurely and refused the refund for unused days. Please pay some extra money to decent rental company rather than going with them.
