I have already been to many savings banks, but not a single branch has given me as good advice as this one. There are also only friendly employees in this branch who will meet you with all questions and enable you to find the best possible solution even in the case of serious problems. Whether a machine has been removed or not is irrelevant to be pilloried, since one way or another most people now resort to online banking. So stay like you have been since Märkische Allee 412 you are great 🙂

The staff are very competent and very friendly. Questions are always answered to the fullest satisfaction. You will also find new ways of investing money and the like. made aware and advised competently. Since online banking is very common these days, I do not find it problematic that the machines have been removed. Kudos to the branch for their great service!

The employees in this Sparkasse branch are very polite and will help you directly with your problems. The lack of a machine is not to be criticized, because after all there is online banking. In this great branch you will always be at your side with words and deeds and you will be given very competent advice every time. Thank you for having such great employees. You are awesome!! 😊

One ATM and one service machine were removed. Even if you just want to print account statements, you wait forever because many customers also make their transfers via the service terminals. Is it too much to ask to have a device that only prints extracts? Incidentally, both devices were removed before Corona. So the excuse with the distance rule doesn't work here. Constantly changing opening times make visiting here a game of chance.

Competent, helpful, nice, polite, everything is explained to you calmly, if passers-by have complained, then it depends on how they appear.
