::Always the same misery with Deutsche Bank ... Today again after 10.30 p.m. no account statement can be printed, no receipt for my transfer possible, no query of the real-time account balance possible. But 18 Öcken account management fees per quarter: POSSIBLE ...! You would like every household to do online banking in a decent and undemanding manner, I know ... Now I have the cheeks and after 14 years of DBank I switch to a bank that is still able to offer normal service.

::My husband's ATM card got stuck in another bank, so we went köpnick branch.. the lady is so humble and well spoken we couldn't think that they speak English...but she speaks English well and very much co-operative... Bless her
