  Just to hand in an invoice from the dentist (customer data is in the computer) waiting for a good hour is really too long. First you stand at the registration and then sit in the waiting area for three quarters of an hour because of not even 5 minutes in the computer. Ridiculous. This can also be edited at the registration. The editor was very nice, there is nothing to complain about.

  Called at 8 and asked about the appointment at 5 p.m. Is it not possible at AOK for technical reasons? Absolutely out of date! Statement was that everything is free and I can just come. I've been waiting for 1 hour and they'll close in 15 minutes. Let's see if I still have to go home without editing.

  Always very long waiting times for the simplest things like membership certificate, unfriendly employees who think they are something else. Bad service. Also know no entrepreneurs or authorities with such a "mailbox" .. The letters of third parties fly overflowing towards you (!!)! You have never heard of data protection ...

  I am very satisfied. However, I would prefer another mailbox. The letter slot is so big that you could get something out with your hand. I could read some names and addresses when chucking in (privacy !!!!)
