::Just to hand in an invoice from the dentist (customer data is in the computer) waiting for a good hour is really too long. First you stand at the registration and then sit in the waiting area for three quarters of an hour because of not even 5 minutes in the computer. Ridiculous. This can also be edited at the registration. The editor was very nice, there is nothing to complain about.

::Always very long waiting times for the simplest things like membership certificate, unfriendly employees who think they are something else. Bad service. Also know no entrepreneurs or authorities with such a "mailbox" .. The letters of third parties fly overflowing towards you (!!)! You have never heard of data protection ...

::I am very satisfied. However, I would prefer another mailbox. The letter slot is so big that you could get something out with your hand. I could read some names and addresses when chucking in (privacy !!!!)
