  Well!!!!!! We had a one night stay in this hotel, as we reach we went on the wrong door which was nothing wrong because it was our first time. The man at the reception came to receive us as we rang the bell and his expressions and body language was really rude. After that we had a dinner in the hotel and again the guy treated us arrogantly which was nothing pleasant at all. After all food was delicious and the hotel and room, breakfast all was very good.

  We had a wonderful 2 nights! Staff was so friendly, check in was a breeze and they provided all the info/maps we could need for exploring the area. Restaurant was also delicious!

  We enjoyed our stay at the Akzent Hotel Schranne. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant provided a vast selection of breakfast items. We had dinner there as well and found the staff helpful & the food was great. We used the private parking option in the back but there is a parking lot in front of the hotel too. The location is perfect, just a short walk from everything we wanted to see again.

  I booked this hotel last minute, and I was not disappointed. It is in a great location that is close to the parking that is right outside the wall. The room was a great size for the whole family. I'll definitely be back.

  Great location! Rooms are nice... spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathtubs are a bit high. Take care if you travel in summer as rooms do not have air conditioning. Windows do open, but it can still be pretty warm in the room. Option for fans would be nice. The food here was very good also with great service.
