::The shop is like a mall for all your bike parts and needs, great place to get the parts you want. They also sell bikes and have a wide variety to try from. However if you are coming to use their bike service point, better except to pay loads of money as they charge a lot more than other service points.

::Very large show room with lots of models but indifferent service. Better to do all the research online and then go to pick up. Even then - if you need to assemble the bike - they will make sure you regret it. Also the work they do on assembly is rather shoddy.

::The assortment on bicycleodels is amazing..lots of options, but the attendants were not friendly or helpful, specially if you don't speak German. Did not even try to help me or find the only attendant who speaks English. It was a pitty, because I wanted to buy a bike but due to the lack of assistance I left the store empty handed

::I wasn’t expecting a nice customer service after reading the previous reviews... So today I bought my bike and the bell was missing, so I went back and there was a curly short hair guys at the “collecting point”(the same one who provided me the bike). He took the bike inside and put the WRONG bell, so when I told him that’s not the one appears on internet, he said “that’s all what we have” and turned back... lol I could see there were other staff members that where nice and kind but unfortunately I had to deal with that one. So my rate it’s to make the managers of this shop aware that some stuff really need to have CUSTOMER SERVICE spirit

::If you buy online and you need to contact them it's a nightmare. The Hotline never gets you to talk to a person. I ordered a bike couple of days ago, I got charged and I have never received a confirmation. I sent multiple mails and nothing. I tried calling a couple of stores but they keep saying that they can't help me because I made an online purchase. Who can I talk to then? I suppose I will just get my money back since nothing was confirmed, but this is just frustrating!
