::As a long-term patient, I was very satisfied with the practice. That has changed fundamentally since the change. Teeth to be treated are filled with filling, which fall out after 3 weeks. You are practically forced to show up every 6 weeks so that old or new problems can be plugged. In football you would have a VIP card. I have been waiting for a treatment for a full year, which sometimes helps in the long term. Obviously it doesn't seem to work for me. And no, I am a non-smoker and I take care of my teeth. Of course you can change the practice, honestly I deal with it seriously. A nicely furnished waiting room doesn't help either. Ultimately, it's about the teeth and not the money. Or maybe .....

::Honestly, it's just bad treatment. I got a fixed brace here and something broke off every week and I always had to go there. At the beginning it was said that I didn't need any braces and suddenly I got a complete dsd program. In my opinion, only for reasons of money because I am privately insured. I wouldn't go back here

::Acceptable dentist, sloppy job at times without much effort. I was actually always there and didn't know any other dentist. When I went to America to see a dentist who replaced me with a broken retainer, I noticed that it obviously could be different. I have changed and I don't regret it a bit, would prefer other practices to this one.

::Extremely friendly staff, acceptable waiting times and good doctors - I've been coming for years and love to be there.
