::The nurse was very friendly on the phone. My daughter and I were there around midnight and were treated in a very friendly, courteous and humane manner by all the staff, the doctor and the ambulance. My daughter was also looked after very well right from the start. The doctor did her best to find a good treatment. Thanks to the great team

::From the emergency room to inpatient admission, we only met friendly, committed and competent employees. Despite the high volume of patients, my son was examined carefully in the outpatient clinic and we were treated with great sensitivity and empathy. Many thanks to the entire team at Station 4, we felt very well looked after.

::Better to die than to visit this hospital. My little daughter and I were here at 6 a.m., she was sick and dizzy and not feeling well at all and an unfriendly nurse said that I had to wait until 8 a.m. for the children's emergency service. And you don't take my daughter as an emergency. I can't write to myself and I don't want to complain. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Everything used to be better than it is today. Kind regards

::I gave the ( notfall kinder zentrum ) 2 stars because of the nurses or the girls who work in the reception!!!! They were not friendly at all .. one of them talked to me like( I'm asking her a money )!!!!!!!!! I seriously hate how she deal with me in the time that I really need support and help because of my German language ( not so good) and also I was afraid and confuse because of my baby (he was tired ) So I hope if someone from the administration can see my review to talk to these girls and to teach them before they work they have to respect the people !!!!!!!!!!!

::I really liked the doctor and staff here. We went there once for emergency for my kid and with in 2 hours we are done . Though we were not speaking german @ that time they were very helpful to explain in english.
