::I can recommend this practice, from the reception counter to the follow-up examination, everything went well. Dr Hertel and the team are competent in their work and friendly in dealing with patients. Dr. Hertel works cautiously and has a calming effect, explained everything well. A tip resection was performed and another molar was extracted. Without pain ! It was then advised to use collagen cones, but this is not a health insurance benefit. Was used by me and there was no secondary bleeding. Pulling the two teeth with restoration took less than 10 minutes and was quick and easy. No pain medication was needed. Cooling and rest were enough. The agreed treatment appointments were always carried out punctually without waiting. Good practice planning! Unfortunately, the waiting time for the first appointment was long, but it was worth the wait. Practice is modern and clean. THANK YOU to Dr Hertel and the entire team.
