I had my wisdom tooth removed today with dr Timur, it was so quick and professional. I think for nervous people he is the best because he speaks about smth and you dont notice it has been already done.

Made an emergency appointment through doctena, received a confirmation email, came halfway across the city and was told that I didn’t have an appointment. After showing the confirmation email, the receptionist admitted that my appointment in the system, but since they didn’t call me - the doctor can’t see me. I was offered an appointment in two (!) weeks instead. If a patient made an appointment and have a confirmation - a professional service should at the very least apologize for the mistake and try to get the patient a replacement appointment ASAP.

This is the worst dentist in all neukolln.extremely long waiting time even if you have appointment. The stuff is confused, unorganized, and they are only seeking the possibility to get money from you and from your insurance. I can not recommend them at all.

Probably one of the best dentist in Berlin, very calm. People know what they are doing. Recommended!

Emergency treatment for broken tooth while on vacation from the USA. As a tourist, I did not have insurance coverage, but when I had a cracked tooth while visiting Berlin, I needed to see someone immediately. Zahnarztin Swierczynska was excellent -- she treated me professionally and quickly. My entire visit took less than 1 hour (including waiting, X-ray, consultation, treatment, and payment) and cost less than it would have in the US, even with insurance. I had trouble finding a dentist who spoke English and would take a visitor, but Zahnzentrum made everything as easy as possible. It's also steps away from the Rathaus Neukoelln U-Bahn station, so it's very easy to find. TIP FOR TOURIST: Bring your passport or identification. Also, they do not accept credit cards.
