::I wanted professional teeth cleaning at short notice. I showed up on time and rang the doorbell several times. But the door was not opened. I rang the doorbell several times and tolerated me for about 5 minutes. Again and again the bell rang. Then I hear a voice "someone rings the doorbell all the time, open up". Far and wide, not a single patient. Lots of dental assistants for that. Then why is it not opened ?! Then I should wait 5 minutes in the waiting room. You feel like you're in a shisha bar or a cheap Turkish hairdresser at the main train station. The interior is terribly tasteless. But that's not the problem. The woman at the front desk is incredibly dismissive of customers. Although I made it clear from the start that I had private insurance and would like to pay in cash, there was a problem. She really wanted my ID, which I didn't have with me. “It doesn't work without ID, it's always like this, also everywhere else”. When I said that I knew it differently, she corrected me and said “it's always like that, I have a lot of experience”. The whole way was extremely unprofessional and customer unfriendly. She seemed knowledgeable, arrogant and spoke in an unpleasant street slang. Later she came back from another room and said disparagingly “Greetings from the doctor, without ID it is normally not possible, he says that too!”. Then I went back without cleaning my teeth. I can only strongly advise against this practice. There is a good reason why you always get an appointment here IMMEDIATELY. I am pretty sure that any discerning customer will not be satisfied here.

::I can say for sure that the best dentist I have ever had, a very polite and friendly doctor and colleague, a very clean and pleasant clinic and also the condition of your patients is important to you. I recommend it to everyone.

::When I got there, the receptionist was very annoyed and when it was my turn or in room 2 I had to wait 50 minutes until I was treated at all. You forget your patient !!! I hope it will change next time.
