::I've been a patient here for the last 15 years and always had to wait 30-40 minutes despite having an appointment. I've always accepted it because I respect doctors. I once arrived 10 minutes late because I couldn't find a parking space and was coldly turned away because of it. Now I have to wait for the next appointment with a toothache. No thanks.

::Terrible "praxis" here. They will ruin your teeth, for sure. Go elsewhere. Where/to who do I file a complaint against them, please? The Minister should hear of this. They would close the business immediately!

::Was there to renew two fillings. Easy to get an appointment, even if it's short-notice. Reminders via short message. Easy to get there. Unfortunately had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time, but all in all satisfactory service. I was out and about in an hour. Assistant Fulya is very dedicated, explains all procedures and post-treatment with utmost patience while putting patient wellbeing first.
