::The truth is, I was (positively) surprised by the attention of this practice. Communication via whatsapp was quick, they gave me all the pointers when i arrived, they looked after me very well and the advice was very detailed, they explained in detail what i need and how the treatment will be done. The practice office was very clean. In my case, communication in Spanish was perfect given my limited knowledge of German. I recommend them.

::Very helpful staff, got appointment quickly. Most of the treatment is covered under insurance. Doctors are cooperative.

::They filled my teath for 90 euro after one year one of them got a bit empty and they said no its the outside! Also they didn't tell me that they do Tiefreinigung and after all they said I need to pay while I know for normal Reinigung krankenkase pays. Please ask them before what they want to do exactly. Even I said I don't want to pay ... I won't offer here. They are also lazy they sayd they fill and then they say another day again come.
