::First the “positive”. Mr. And Ms. Töpel know very well what needs to be done in this area. I went directly to Mr. Töpel and I have been a patient of his wife, Mrs. Töpel in Hibisikusweg, for years. She changes location to Mr.'s practice on certain days and at certain times. Booby. A bit complicated but doable if you know what you're doing. Now to the biggest problem for both dentists. They are very arrogant people. I was treated by Ms. Töpel for years because I finally wanted to get my teeth in order. They are really bad and I have been struggling with this for more than 15 years and also have major problems and fears. Ms. Töpel knows all of this. And yet, at one of the last appointments, she dared to coldly ask me if I was taking drugs. Her husband also asked this shortly afterwards when I was undergoing replacement treatment with him. Very strange. It was presumptuous, impudent and beneath all dignity. I was so shocked that I answered with a truthful no, finished the treatment and left in tears afterwards. Normally I should have stopped and told both of them clearly how cheeky something like that was. On the one hand, I know that my teeth are bad, but that's exactly why I'm being treated and that's exactly why I've struggled a lot my whole life. It was never easy. On the other hand, God knows they don't look so bad that you can compare them to a person who takes drugs. I've never touched any in my life. Finally, even if patients go there who have taken drugs and therefore have very bad teeth, let it be. It wouldn't even be any of the doctors' business. Dentists are there to treat people's teeth and nothing more.

::Waiting times of up to 2 hours are apparently normal with an appointment. At least that's how you feel. I don't know anyone who organizes their entire day around a check-up appointment, but you should do that here. Sad. The doctors are, but very friendly.

::I have been going to Mr. Töpel's dental practice since he started his practice in Nietleben. He is always friendly and explains everything very clearly when asked. His staff is also very friendly and understanding. I can recommend him with a clear conscience.👍👍👍 The new practice has also turned out great. It is wheelchair accessible and you can take the bus to the door. Mr. Töpel has also made provisions for parking spaces.

::Right from the start, Mr. Töpel made me feel like I was in good hands. I had to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted (top and bottom, same side). A complicated one, a difficult one and an easy one. Both were out within 30 minutes (my fear was huge, but unfounded). The swelling was very very very minimal and there wasn't really any pain. 100% satisfied and happy to have ended up in the practice!!
