::We were there for a check-up with our 10-month-old son. The dentist assistants and the dentist were super nice and did a really great job with him :) We didn't have to wait long either

::No friendly treatment. The dentist clearly forgets that I am a patient and a customer. The accompanying dental specialist blows the same horn as the dentist. I was treated very coldly and even rudely. The dentist demonstrated a brisk handling of her tools in my oral cavity. So it stabbed my gums several times and doesn't react to my repeated wincing in pain. Not recommended for people who don't like going to the dentist or are even afraid! Otherwise a very clean and nice practice with a friendly receptionist.

::Was in the practice because of a dental emergency. The doctor and assistants were extremely competent and I felt like I was in good hands. The doctor was very conscientious and asked a lot of questions. Thanks for helping quickly!

::Actually had good treatments almost every time.. This is the second time that you get one (or more) injections without warning or information about what to do next. When you ask questions about what you can do about it after the diagnosis, all you hear is "No idea what you can do" "No idea this, no idea that" What are you trained to do? To have no idea? The nice thing is that afterwards people make fun of it. I think the training did not focus on friendliness and respect for the patient's questions.
