::The first impression? Unusual, familiar, relaxed. In my opinion, the treatment was good in terms of craftsmanship. The trouble started after that - an inflated bill because I supposedly didn't provide any insurance ID. My request to access the patient file, which I was legally entitled to, was ignored. So another doctor installs the implants.
