::Every year I come to Berlin from the States for a few weeks. For many years now, I have been booking an appointment with Susanne for cleaning and with the doctor in advance. Time and again I am pleasantly surprised by the professional treatment, the excellent time management and the friendliness in this practice! ::Arrived at an appointment super quickly. VERY nice dentist. Unfortunately, I had to stop cleaning my teeth, although I said several times before that I felt pain in my gums, no consideration was given at all. The lady was completely unfriendly from the moment she was greeted. Otherwise great!

::The team at the Carl Bernhardt practice were great. I had a broken tooth which was really hard to remove to the point the dentist had to cut my gum to remove the root. It was a hard and painstaking job, but i nearly did not mind as the whole team was so professionnel, nice and caring. Thumbs up and big thanks to all of you.
