  Unfortunately I cannot confirm the many good reviews. First the positive: the employees are really very friendly, relaxed and polite, and the practice is also very nice. My waiting time was also absolutely reasonable, so I can't complain. The new filling that was made for me is also fine from my layman's point of view. Unfortunately, the contact with the doctor was more than disappointing. Maybe he was having a bad day, but in my opinion that's not the way to treat patients. He was extremely short and didn't look into my mouth for a minute, even though it was a check-up. He quickly rattled off two more sentences about proper brushing and recommended an annual teeth cleaning, quickly replaced a filling and he was gone. Impersonal, disinterested and not a bit of empathy. I cannot understand how he can be advertised as a suitable dentist for anxious patients. It's a shame, but my family and I are continuing to search.

  I can only agree with the previous good reviews. My appointment was for 8:00 a.m. My turn came at 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately, I knew it differently from my previous dentist. Here, a three-quarter hour wait was normal despite an appointment. The treatment was also extremely quick and efficient, which was very convenient for me as a professional. Many thanks to the team, which I can only warmly recommend.

  I only had problems with dentists before and have been very cautious and suspicious ever since. Since I was treated by Mr. Grahneis, things have changed fundamentally. Everything was very professional, short waiting times, extensive information about what needs to be done and where. And by the way, the atmosphere in the practice is really incredibly nice. I can only recommend it as a patient.
