::Very bad experiences after a bad root canal and a cyst developed in me. Which had to be surgically removed and in my opinion the boss is very arrogant and chooses the people she wants to be nice to. Accidentally missing an appointment is an absolute no-go and you will be rudely attacked on the phone. And declared as a non-popular customer.
