::I can't imagine a better pediatric dentist. My son is autistic and I was so afraid of the first hole that had to be drilled, but the dentist Kim and her assistant did it with great patience and so much empathy. Really really great. My son asked when we could go to the dentist again😅🤣. He underwent desensitization (teeth cleaning) 3 times in advance, which was not covered by health insurance. The result of the drilling was worth every cent.

::The pediatrician's practice was disappointing across the board. The appointment was a disaster and a joke, the staff unfriendly and incompetent. The dentist seemed lost, with no idea how to run the practice. Unreliability and lack of qualifications were evident. A place in dire need of structural and professional improvements. Disappointing in every way.

::We were in the practice for the first time today and I have to say that I was extremely surprised at how well my little daughter was taken care of! The first visit to the dentist couldn't have been better. A lot of time was taken and even when the first attempt at the examination didn't work, everyone was very understanding and very empathetic! We were allowed to go back into the waiting room and then make a second attempt after a few minutes. This time absolutely successful. Thanks also to the great receptionist who really supported me with everything she could. The doctor also took a lot of time and answered all questions honestly and openly.

::We ended up here primarily because we were close to home and remained loyal to this practice even after moving. That won't change. For two of our children, the dentist's chair is a real challenge for various reasons, but Doctor D. and the other people in the practice know how to deal with the situation. Here again there is evaluation and pressure, but rather composure and communication on an equal footing. This makes it possible for the appointment to somehow go okay every time. Full recommendation to all parents with sensitive or special children.

::Everything is fine, except that when I did not call in before 24 hours to reschedule an appointment, I had to transfer 50€ fine to their bank account! It turned out it was a misunderstanding. The receptionist did not explain me clearly, that the letter I received via post is not an invoice, but a warning! Which is the reason for 4 stars (because it costed me time and anger and money transferring back and forth). Except that, I do recommend this clinic due to the doctors are professional and gentle to my kid. Their treatment for my kid was good.
