::According to the Association of Health Insurance Physicians, this doctor was on emergency duty tonight. Because I had a tremendous toothache, I called the landline at 3:00 a.m. A recorded message there said that in the event of an accident or severe pain, you should call a cell phone number. I then tried this, but it went straight to the mailbox. Even after several attempts and speaking to the mailbox, there was no response or anything else. So I had to wait with the pain until a new shift finally started at 8:00 a.m. and a competent doctor could be reached. I will report the incident to the health insurance company, it cannot be the case that you cannot be reached when on call for patients or emergencies!
