  I would first like to thank you for the friendly atmosphere and the nice staff in your dental practice. I am particularly positive about the professional and friendly approach of Dr. Omar Senen and his team noticed. However, I unfortunately have to make a complaint regarding my last teeth cleaning. At first everything went smoothly because the costs were covered by my health insurance. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the prophylactic specialist had independently decided that I would have to bear the costs myself without the health insurance company paying. This comes as an unpleasant surprise to me. It is regrettable that this decision was made without informing me. I'm disappointed about it😪

  Miss Dr. Bekar was very nice and explained in detail what she was doing during the dental cleaning. She is the best dentist I have ever been to.

  A really great dentist with a lot of empathy, who also takes a lot of time for his patients and explains everything in detail and understandably. In addition, there is a harmonious atmosphere throughout the practice and the entire team is friendly. I don't think I've ever been greeted so warmly at reception by a doctor. Especially if you're afraid of going to the dentist, this all helps you relax as soon as you enter the practice. A big compliment to the entire practice team. I feel very at home here.
