  I have been a long-time patient at the dental practice of Dr. med. dent. Conrad Kühnöl. I recently waited again for about 2 hours with my 2 very small children despite an appointment and an almost empty waiting room (2 people)! Unfortunately, that wasn't the first time and I personally think that's really bad. I'm super satisfied from a professional point of view, but the practice management and the waiting time are unacceptable.

  Worst management ever. On my first appointment they kept me waiting around 1 hour from the due time and on 2nd appointment when I reached there, the lady at info desk told me today the clinic is closed without even informing me in advance.

  They want to preserve the tooth which is really nice and they have a very modern practice, but they suggested a partial crown when all other professionals said that the situation didn't call for it as it would be too risky and lead to an early separation of the crown from the tooth. From friends I've heard good things about this practice

  Absolutely terrible experience! At any doctor, I have never faced such unfriendly and mean attitude and absolutely no will to help. Unbelievable!
