::Unfortunately I have to say that I wasn't satisfied. I just moved to Aachen and was looking for a new practice because I was in severe pain. I immediately said that I am a fearful patient and have a phobia of dentists. They then said to me in a somewhat passive aggressive manner that things wouldn't get this far if they took better care of it. When I had to cancel the second appointment because of an illness, the doctor personally answered the phone and aggressively reprimanded me and simply hung up.

The entire team at the practice is very friendly, whether it's making an appointment over the phone or on site during the treatment. From registration to treatment to farewell, always helpful and a very pleasant atmosphere. Especially towards children who may be afraid of the dentist.
