::Been a patient in the practice since 2016 and have always been treated well, both professionally and personally! It's rare that the employees are consistently nice to the patients. Time is taken and questions are answered in detail. So far I have had fillings, teeth cleaning and inlays done without any pain. Above all, interpersonal interaction is particularly important to me as I am a scaredy-cat of the dentist. No judgment if you haven't been there for a while or are pushing off dental problems. And never sat in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes.

::My wife and I have been patients here since we moved to Hanover a few years ago. I had never seen a practice with such modern equipment before. Which, of course, doesn't help you when in doubt if no one knows how to use the equipment appropriately. However, this is not the case here. Dr. Krause always gave my wife and me competent and friendly advice and treated us first-class! Low in pain and always with top results without long-term effects or lengthy follow-up treatments, even though I have had jaw problems for some time that make treatment quite difficult. Thank you very much for that! I would also like to explicitly mention his team. The assistants and receptionists have always been extremely friendly and helpful to us and often seem to find cause for a loud laugh among themselves. It's a pleasure to be treated in such a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere! :-)
