::Unfortunately very unqualified staff… I have European health insurance which was also accepted for 2 other doctor's visits in other practices in Germany. Nevertheless, the doctor's assistants didn't know how to set up such a European health insurance policy and had to leave after I was told I had to pay for the treatment in advance and then sort it out with my insurance company myself. It's a shame to have such an experience at the dentist and I'm now going home with complaints and have to make other efforts to go to the dentist.

Dr. Soldierer talks about what he does... before and during.... Explains very well and is very sensitive.... You don't notice any hecticness or restlessness....
