::Even one star is still too many. Apparently my daughter didn't cancel two appointments. Because of this, she was refused treatment despite a toothache. Statement: She should look for a new dental practice. You will no longer treat her.

::Excellent with heart. Mr. Fischer is an extraordinary, outstanding dental surgeon, both professionally and personally. An invaluable combination. I would like to thank you very much for your empathetic way of dealing with patients in such a positive and calm manner. I feel in good hands at all times and, thanks to you, I now feel free of fear during surgical dental procedures. Both wisdom teeth were removed completely painlessly. Both the anesthesia and the pulling. Even after that, painkillers were never necessary and everything went so smoothly and without any problems. Ms. Aiello is also an excellent doctor. Thanks to your tips after the birth of my son, I was able to reduce the number of professional teeth cleanings I needed to a normal level. I am very grateful for this practice and am happy to come from Karlsruhe because I don't want to visit any other dentist again.

::I am really very satisfied with this very modern dental practice. The staff and the dentist are always very friendly and competent. From routine checks, professional teeth cleaning with the latest technology, to teeth straightening, I have already carried out everything there and can only warmly recommend this practice!

::Not recommendable. I had a tooth removed by the surgeon. Afterwards I went to the practice twice with pain. The doctor didn't do anything except be impatient and insert strips of medication. I probably thought I was simulating. Thank God a substitute doctor cleaned the wound again and found a piece of tooth. Two days later she was only supposed to remove the strips. She didn't get it either, so I pulled it out myself three days later. Mistakes happen, it's human...but the sound makes the music...
