::I went to this dentist's office for treatment about 2 months ago. Since then I have only had pain and problems with my teeth. I think you can skip the visit.

::Bad dentist. First they told me 100,000 times that I should change health insurance companies. Afterwards they refused to make a dental splint for me for 6 months (since my health insurance supposedly wouldn't have paid for it). I trusted the dentist and waited. However, I was then told again (after the 6 months) that I should wait another 4-6 months. After I really pointed out the urgency, I was told that I had to pay for my braces myself because, according to the dentist, my health insurance company wouldn't pay for the braces (not just a part of them). After my health insurance company assured me that they would pay for my braces in full, I asked the dentist again. Afterwards one said that my health insurance only pays €100 and I have to pay the rest myself. Here I was given the impression that I had to pay a fairly high contribution myself. Luckily, I got a second opinion; this dentist has now assured me that my health insurance company will cover the aligner in full. Yesterday I received a letter from my health insurance company saying that they would cover the costs in full. I'm really glad I didn't listen to Afroditi Koutsianou. Unfortunately, I have no idea why the dentist has something against my health insurance company and why I was told so often that I should change my health insurance company. I definitely do not recommend Afroditi Koutsianou. Find another dentist and don't trust Afroditi Koutsianou.

::A very friendly and bright practice. I feel very well looked after there with my children. The doctor is very sensitive and doesn't do anything unnecessary. The dental assistant is fully committed and really warm. I'm very glad we found this practice! Thank you!

::I personally didn't go to see the doctor because I choose my dentists carefully, but through my work as a financial service provider I needed information for a client regarding the medical records. Following situation: - The customer receives a cost plan and wants to submit it to the insurance company, we settle the whole thing with the insurance company and call the dentist, the secretary or colleague (Ms. Silke) tells us to please collect it from the customer personally. - Customer is on site and tells the dentist that we need the information. The dentist ensures the customer that this is not a problem and that they can also send everything online (by email). ***ATTENTION IT'S COMING NOW*** - I call to have the questionnaire sent to me online as previously discussed with the customers. My colleague Ms. Silke or something similar explains to me, as previously discussed, that unfortunately this is not possible. I then explain to her the situation with my customers, that he was there specifically and spoke to the dentist. The colleague got the dentist on the phone, and I then noticed on the phone that Ms. Silke was talking back to email traffic (according to GDPR). Nothing would be a problem, but I explained the situation to the dentist. Her reaction? Simply unprofessional, the customer was never there and we are not a supermarket here and hung up on the phone at the end. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional in my career as a financial services provider, and the documents stated that the customer had signed a non-disclosure agreement. But my colleagues didn't read that, let alone when I tried to point it out they shouted at me *It wouldn't be a supermarket here* although I can't understand the comparison. I can't provide any information about the performance as a dentist because I didn't book you as a service provider, but it's not possible to lose your temper during a phone call and hang up, so I wouldn't recommend you.
