::actually found them as an in-network dentist because of Dentolo (Zahnzusatzversicherung). basically its partially my fault but no one clarified the billing costs and how much everything was going to be. i didn't realize my PKV would cover so little for dental, and I was supposed to tell them up front about this. and then dentolo screwed me over because they didnt check if i had PKV or GKV, and did not want to reimburse anything. So anyhow I got a giant bill of approx 320€ for my cleaning, which is super ridiculous, and 300 more for 2 fillings (why were my fillings so much cheaper than the cleaning I have no idea).. they seem to charge a super high factor for many of the items, claiming my gums were bleeding etc. I contacted them and they basically said they already issued the bill, so they cannot change it anymore. Only that the new factor would apply in the future, but now I have to pay the whopping 300 cleaning fee! Additionally, one of the fillings didnt feel too good, so i went back to get it checked. The dentist said that maybe it was sensitive for a bit because it was really near the nerve. (This was actually a replacement filling, and it didnt feel like a problem previously.) So for a month now its been kind of weird. I asked if I was going to get charged for checking on this, and she said there would be a small fee. lol i'm totally speechless. if she screwed it up the first time, why should I have to pay again to get it looked at?! in the States this would never have happened. I miss my previous dentist. i don't know, its weird because the dentist did seem professional, and everyone was also very friendly. But my tooth has also been weird so unfortunately i don't think i would trust them or go back. *also i was on time, and they made me wait for almost an hour! **the main dentist wasn't around, she's on maternity leave. I got the other dentist in the main picture on their website. hah, one star because the front desk lady was very nice, they gave me a goodie bag after my Zahnreinigung, and they had free coffee and Wi-Fi in the lobby.

::Doctors are awesome. They are very good in detailed communication and make you feel comfortable during the entire procedure/checkup. English speaking. Highly recommend it for students who are fairly new to Germany.

::Nice enough people, but my rather simple issue was not solved and had to pay for more appointments to fix the issue, which was and still isn't fixed. Find a different dentist.

::Went for an emergency appointment with severe tooth pain. Receptionists do not speak English, but doctors do. Very friendly and non-threatening atmosphere, easy to book the visit via web-site.
