::Nice practice, nice staff. Unfortunately, there is an obvious and intrusive attempt to force treatment on private patients beyond the actual reason for their visit. My first and last visit today. Probably ok for statutory health insurance patients.

::CAUTION!! Always get a second opinion... A young doctor took an X-ray of a molar and immediately said that the caries was very deep, that a root canal treatment was needed and that the tooth would then need a crown... everything was very expensive!!! I had a very bad feeling about the consultation and went to Hamburg to see my old dentist; she removed the caries. Wasn't deep, no root canal, no crown. No pain. No bill It was a complete rip-off for me, so everyone gets involved.

::After a few happy years at the practice in the area, I was suddenly sent here. Every time they wanted to sell me something different here at the train station. When I just wanted to have my teeth checked, I was pressured into making a new appointment. And once I was supposed to get a bridge (they didn't ask or advise me at all, just made an appointment, even though I don't have any money left over for such shenanigans with my student loan). When I was back a year later, they couldn't remember the bridge at all. I asked other dentists and, even with the best will in the world, they couldn't understand the story of the bridge. Here at Bahnhofsplatz the doctors are very cold, harassing and want to sell you expensive, unnecessary treatments. That's why I recommend the Stahlberg practice in the district. But now I've been scared for a few years and have to look for a new dentist who I can really trust.

::No more trust in practice! I have been treated by Stahlberg and Partner many times, which is why I am happy to recommend the practice to others. However, I am now looking for another dentist. A simple tooth filling was billed at a very high factor without me being informed about it in advance. Multiple attempts to subsequently clarify the matter have failed because the practice relies solely on my signature on the additional costs agreement. To date, no one has been able to explain to me how this high factor comes about and there is no insight into the fact that a mistake has obviously happened here, as I was not informed about the costs in advance. The document was only presented to me for signature after (!) the treatment had been completed. A relationship between patient and doctor or practice requires a relationship of trust and for current reasons that is no longer present here.

::I was scared of going to the dentist because of bad experience I had before, but here at the "Stahlberg & Partner" I felt safe for the first time and I would recommend everyone to do whatever tooth treatment they have here :)
