  After 90 minutes of HathaYoga, I could hug the world. Bianca manages again and again that body, mind and soul are like newborns. I am happy to have found this yoga studio 8 years ago🙏 My motto since: I can, I want, I will🤗

  I have already been to a few yoga classes (around 10), but nowhere have I felt as comfortable as at Yogayama. Bianca and the other course instructors manage to motivate me, too, if I don't like sports. Bianca always explains exactly what we are doing this exercise for, she is really competent and a great person. I used to have shallow breathing, now I can breathe deeper than I dared believe. I never felt uncomfortable either with the singing, the mantras or the exercises. Even after moving to Prenzlauer Berg, I drive the long way because I can't find anything comparable. Many Thanks! :) :) P.S. The new rooms are nice too.
