  The staff are friendly, but the work is VERY unprofessional and sloppy. After asking myself, after a few days had already passed, I was first informed that a problem diagnosis was being delayed due to illnesses among the employees (that is not my problem). After a week a spare part could only be ordered because something like this is not in stock (seriously?). The suppliers also seem to be incompetent, because a part ordered on Monday was "supposedly" delivered on Friday (whoever believes it ...). After my computer was finally ready to be picked up after almost 2 weeks, I came to the store to pick it up. First I was told that I should come back in an hour. However, when I pointed out the urgency and pressed something on the tear gland, my tower was handed over to me after just 10 minutes. During the return call, I was told for the first time that a hard drive had not survived the initial damage. Instead of telling me this right away (when ordering spare parts) and ordering and installing a new hard drive or at least offering this option, I now have no choice but to get by with severely limited memory and order a hard drive myself. Conclusion: wait 2 weeks and then not even fully repaired. Once and never again. One star for "friendly customer relations". Unfortunately, less is not possible
