::My husband has been waiting there for 1.5 hours with a fever of 39 degrees that hasn't gone down for 2 days. And it's always like this! There's probably only one doctor?! It's a shame for Germany that a hospital emergency room is so understaffed. While we pay such high taxes….

::Almost chopped one of my finger off in the middle of the night so I went to the ER, they took me instantly fixed me up, the doctor and nurse were very friendly and patient despite my (relative to ER) non-severe injury.

::unfriendly staff! was in room 450 from 09.02.2023 until 10.02.2023 with nose surgery and someone with a cold was put to our room by 8pm!! no ENT patient! Without notice I was then kicked out of my bed the next morning, would have been nice to know in advance, so that I could get picked up.

::I was admitted to The Johanniter Waldkrankenhaus Bonn due to a nightmare of a fall resulting in my leg being broken in two places. From the time the emergency vehicle collected and began treatment at the place of my fall, through the triage, registration, radiography, surgery, physiotherapy treatment, re-elevation, discharge and after care at the hospital, l felt safe and cared for by an extremely competent and caring team of experts. Besides others, the medical teams at Station 8 and Station 5 were a group of people who were friendly, kind, empathetic, and obviously love their jobs, colleagues and their work environment. The entire staff - medical and administrative - always treated my fellow patients and me with kindness, respect and patience. THANK YOU for turning my horrific accident into a pleasant stay. This hospital is highly recommended!

::After a bike accident, i have been treated at this hospital. I have only positive things to say about this stay (of course it would have been a lot better not to have to stay at all). I would specially say, “thank you” to the doctors (especially Dr Paul and Dr Frickenschmidt), nurses (THANK YOU!!) and care assistants (and others support staff) at ward 11 but as well to all others (emergency room team, x-ray staff/doctors etc) that made my treatment bearable/successful. Again, I can only recommend this hospital without hesitation.
