::I just don't understand it. My wife has been calling every day for two weeks to get a bank statement and a loan agreement (by email or by post), nobody knows what! Nobody can do that! Nobody feels responsible! And then the banks wonder why they approach online banks. In comparison, I called the savings bank and the documents were in my email inbox within 30 minutes.

::Yesterday I wanted to buy a TAN generator at the Sparkasse opposite because I am a Sparkasse customer from East Westphalia. It wasn't possible with them because I don't have an account there. I don't have an account here at Volksbank, but the employee still helped me and sold me the device. I paid in cash and that wasn't a problem here either. Finally a bank that can handle simple financial transactions. The savings bank couldn't do that Thank you for your help.
