::Super great location for anyone who needs to do anything at RUB over with the Geisteswissenschaft campus. The only thing that I would love to see differently would be the addition of a kettle in the room and a fan in the summer - it was quite warm this last trip!

::The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I left my sunglasses behind and they were happy to post them to me! Would stay again definitely.

::Check-in service person was not very kind - making this hotel already feel unwelcoming. Rooms are poorly decorated and designed. Small footprint and no temperature control whatsoever, which is not ideal considering the hotel is in the middle of forest and fields. Area is very noisy. Many loud people outside the hotel even at 1:00am, and rooms are not very soundproof. This noise contributes to the fact that it was very hard to sleep for us at this hotel. Bathroom was fine, except for the large wall bordering the room that you could see through. Very strange addition to a room. Lastly, room had very dusty floors. Unfortunately our stay here was on the longer side so we had to put up with these poor hotel conditions for a while. Only positive is the free parking very close to the hotel.

::The room I had here was nice but I was disappointed by the weak wifi signal in the room, making it impossible to work or make private conference calls. The lack of a restaurant service on a Sunday was not unexpected but not something I am used to. The swimming pool was a redeeming feature and it was nice to go for a short swim in a quiet pool. The staff were friendly, no complaints there, and the receptionist was very helpful when I needed assistance.
