::Bank fees for zero service. No advice or response to messages. Unfriendly high 10. Questions directly at the so-called counter, where everyone can listen in, very unpleasant and indiscreet. Otherwise there is little staff, apart from the trainees (who are fresh and nice) everyone is not in the mood and annoyed by the damn customers. Persona non grata if you don't have plenty of money or want to buy a chic condominium.

::I was made fun of by two customer advisors at the Rotenburg an der Fulda branch. They made a plot about me... I've been a customer for a long time and wanted to have a joint account with my wife. After 3 days the wife called and said that she couldn't open an account because our Schufa was negative. I was speechless because nothing was correct then on security I also ordered a Schufa report and it was positive I would like to complain to the lawyer and the consultant, I also asked for help at the branch in Bebra and called the consultant. I have no idea what she said... It was a good bank but unfortunately the people working there were incompetent Yes, a conversation would be ideal. Where should I contact you?
