  The branch in Grömitz refused the Visa card from my bank (ING). EC card was available for a fee.

  I am a Volksbank customer, but not at this bank. Unfortunately I had forgotten my TAN generator at home in East Westphalia. When I wanted to buy a new generator at VR Bank Grömitz today, the nice lady at the counter told me that she would lend me the generator until next week. Absolutely great, thank you very much and 5 stars

  I wanted to be identified there for KfW and it was/is urgent. The boss was great. He told the employee that they would be happy to do it for me as a Volksbank customer, even if it is not my house bank. The employee, on the other hand, STILL said it was too much work for her & it was already late. I arrived at 10 am and after 5 minutes of discussion it was 5 am when I was supposed to leave. Your colleague would do that tomorrow. This is what I call a work avoidance tactic. It would have taken at most 5 minutes... A new one tomorrow.
