::As soon as you want something (closing your account) it is impossible to get an appointment, absolutely not recommended. This is only supposed to be sold, but no help is available. :( Supposedly it is also not possible to connect to superiors, one is simply dismissed here and the fees continue to run.

::unfortunately one feels degraded and condemned by the so-called customer service. very uncomfortable.

::Worst costumer service ever. I was "advised" by an agent who did not speak English, which these days is a no-go coming from a bank representative. I required further details and specific explanations about bank accounts. She answered 1 question only half way. For the rest she told me that the information is on the website. She didn't want to respond to my questions, neither did she at least show me where exactly I could find the answers. When I asked for what is then the chat service, she said "to ask quick questions like opening hours". Crazy. Why do they offer a chat service, if they are not really interested in helping? I really need to change to another bank. Just to have an account with them costs a lot of money every month. They should at least offer a good costumer service.

::Must be standard at VR banks. As long as you pay everything, the world is fine. Do not pass on a KFW loan with 100% risk assumption by the state? Sad the whole thing! In my case, it was also rejected, on the grounds: If I didn't pay and the KFW would ask what the VR would have checked, they would have been held responsible. Those who can read have a clear advantage! Gladly googling: NTV report on VR Weimar
