::Without words. Have been a customer for over 25 years. When I sold my property, I wanted a slightly higher loan for a new property. Loan ratio around 40% led to an attractive offer. But there was no sign of any commitment from the consultant, nor was the competition discussed. Due to ongoing renovation work, customers have to park in the PH König because the craftsmen are standing in the customer parking lots. If that has to be the case, I would refund the parking fees to every customer. These are things that bind a customer. Regarding the call center: If I say when I call that I want to speak to my advisor, then I want to speak to him and not have to tell everything again. It tries to be organized like a direct bank. But it doesn't work. The staff is badly trained. Dear Executive Board, do you know Kununu? Just take a look. Then you know what's going on in your bank. I found an alternative for my loan. I'll be gone soon, also with the current account. P.S. Another tip: Pay the financial advisors with decent commissions and a low fixed salary. That will work wonders.
