::I wanted to deposit money at the branch in Bad Breisig today. At the counter I was informed that they would not accept small amounts of money on a large scale. Because it is no longer picked up and is therefore left in the branch over the holidays and because it is the end of the year. The way it was explained to me was amazing! Unfriendliness in its purest form. I was told that people would no longer accept money boxes or bottles with lots of small money. I didn't have any of that with me. For me it was around €15 in small money! No cents etc. Almost nothing!!! Last year on December 30, 2020, none of this was a problem. This time already! Apparently an instruction from management!
