  Zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter vor Ort aber leider schlechte telefonische Erreichbarkeit. Ansonsten nichts dran auszusetzen!

  Still my house bank from before. Have become expensive (account management), but always friendly and competent on site. And a permanent contact person for years, that's particularly important to me.

  Transfer € 2, even if you leave a lot of plus money in the current account for months. In Spain I wanted to make a transfer with the Samsung S7 Edge. That didn't work, although there was an LTE connection ... With my other one I made a transfer on the same day / time without any problems. Online banking abroad with my device is impossible ... There are banks with more customer-friendliness and better software at better conditions. The relationship with the lovely and good employees alone still keeps me there. The question is how long?
