::I'm sorry, but I have to add one more to the negative reviews. I am not a customer of Volksbank myself, but I have a client with them. Although there was no misconduct on his part, his account was terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions after he wanted to switch it to an account that was safe from seizure. Repeated attempts to reverse the termination failed. There was no reaction or even a call back from the Volksbank, which I requested several times, for a clarification discussion, although I had asked for it several times. By telephone and in writing. Absolutely incomprehensible and unprofessional. Here one seems to focus on premium customers and to have lost touch with the grassroots. Too bad.

::Indeed, I have to agree with some of these: the advice is not professional. Among other things, I lacked considerable information on using the depot and its costs. Only the development curves were shown. I can see that by myself. Even necessary certificates could not be obtained without discussion, despite the 10 year statutory retention period, despite high administration fees ... Does the training occupation banker no longer exist. Are they poorly trained career changers? ;-) Everything else has only gotten more expensive in recent years. Since the costs for the current account will again be increased by 50% in May 2021, I feel slowly being pushed away by this bank itself. I'm already comparing the costs ...

::Slow, inflexible and sometimes hair-raising unreliable advisors. Paired with online banking that is reminiscent of Windows 95. I wouldn't be surprised if this bank disappears from the scene as soon as the current generation of senior citizens (who still appear in person at the bank) is history.
