::Incompetent employees on the phone and at the weekend for all 7 people I spoke to on the phone. Responsiveness in the branches is zero because you need an appointment for processing, which you can get in a month! You have to go to the city to get the problem solved and not even they can do everything because only the person responsible can do it! I've been a customer for 25 years, that's it for me, I'm changing banks!
