::You go there during the regular opening times and nobody is at the counter, you don't see any staff in the branch. Only problems with online banking. Consider changing banks after 12 years

::I know the bank walk past it almost every day. But I've always been satisfied with the Kreissparkasse until now, I've rarely had trouble, otherwise nice and friendly customer care except for the very well-attended bank because it's always full but waiting well is not really good. Strength often but otherwise everything fits. To be recommended in any case.
