::Friendly and nice advisors, but what's more important is that I was always helped. If there were card problems or forgotten logins, help was provided directly and easily. Deutsche Bank left me hanging here for 3 weeks. Maybe you should take this into account when making the reviews. On-site service simply costs money. Nevertheless, the account model certainly needs to be reconsidered!

::Unfortunately, this bank's customer service leaves more and more to be desired. Bank advisors often do not know, for example when making telephone inquiries about transfer limits, and refer you to the customer advisor, from whom you only receive an unreasonable amount of time or no response at all. The conversation about a real estate loan was poor and poorly prepared by the advisor, despite having previously submitted all of my documents. Sparkasse Schopfheim can do this much more professionally and better. However, the new account tariffs are the last straw. I do the work and should I pay extra for it? According to the pretentious flyer, for twice the cost as before, and all for my benefit? Guys, is it still okay? It was always important to me to be a customer of a regional bank, despite the costs. I need a reputable bank as a partner and not someone who is trying to rip me off by outrageously increasing costs and does not compare themselves with mobile phone tariffs. Sorry Volksbank, but if you put such obstacles in my way as a customer, then I'll turn my back on you after more than 50 years. The ball is in your court. Despite the tariff increase during the pandemic, I stuck with you. But now you have crossed a red line. At least I get the same bad service for free from online banks.

::The new (hidden) fee increase is really a bad joke. As an active current account user, I now have to pay over €6 MORE per month than before. This corresponds to a fee increase of 87%! What is the goal behind it? Does VR Bank only want inactive customers who are too lazy to invest their money? The service also gets worse every year. When I ask a question via chat, the employees answer me as to why I'm not calling. And when I call, the employees are overwhelmed and don't even know how to increase the limit for an appointment transfer. #cheersmeal
