::I had an appointment for a consultation last week. At first they couldn't find me on the computer, but then they did at a slightly later time. The employee responsible came from outside and was not yet in the house. One hopes that he would come on time... Another colleague looked after me and took over the colleague's appointment. He called in sick. Nobody can do anything about it. But... why wasn't my appointment rescheduled??? Yes, it should actually be postponed, but... Because, as we discovered, the "replacement colleague" couldn't help me. He didn't know anything about this area. He gave me a business card from the colleague in charge with the words: "You can call him. He works in the home office and has all the data"... I called him yesterday, spoke to the voicemail and asked for a call back. Nothing... I'm still waiting for the call back! But no problem. I'll solve my matter myself. Thank you for nothing.
