::I can't understand why the VR Bank ATMs in Halle are out of order every day. It's more than just annoying and exhausting for the customer when you're in a hurry, want to withdraw money and the machine is out of order for the thousandth time! I can understand that this happens, but it happens all the time at a good VR Bank! Unfortunately not only in this branch but also at the machines on the market square! It has often happened to me that the machines at both locations were out of order. That should finally be managed, otherwise there is the (more reliable) competition!

Updating my opinion, my impressions and my experiences with VR Bank: I feel the behavior of the VR Bank in dealing with me as a pure harassment. For decades, I was welcome fee payers. Now that I have to juggle financially, there's no sign of "We're there for you" and "VR Bank - the right decision". On the contrary. Now, in the "final processing", the VR Bank is characterized by long processing times and poor service. The height of non-customer behavior: I was offered the option of contacting a lawyer.
