  The employees are always friendly and help immediately if there is a problem with online banking etc. It's a shame that the bank is only open one day a week.

  Very bad advice. You don't feel like you're in good hands. I didn't really want to write a detailed review, but after my bank wrote me an email and was surprised why I only gave it one star, I now have to be more detailed. Oh yes, the bank has received several awards from Focus Money. Interesting. Focus Money also knows that Augusta Bank tricks a long-standing customer into buying a home savings account for 50,000 euros, even though he is already 47 years old. I don't believe. Or? The best thing about it all is that this was done personally by the branch manager. How old would I have to be to receive the payment? 100 years or even older. I have to say, really excellent advice.
