  When I kindly asked 45 minutes before the branch closed whether I could print out certain bank statements, I was annoyedly asked whether it still has to be today. Apparently, employees prefer to hold small talk rather than help customers. Sullenly, the bank statements I wanted were printed out because I answered yes to the employee's brazen question. I seriously wonder what this employee was thinking. Would I like to show up again tomorrow and then only wait 5 minutes for the account statements? The audacity of the price for a couple of sheets of paper could not be surpassed. Apparently this is a dice game depending on the employee. I have already paid less than half for double the amount of bank statements. When I said goodbye, my back was immediately turned to me. Not a word from the employee. Just wow.

  Catastrophe! If you want personal advice and support, you are in the wrong place at this bank. "Thanks to personnel savings" there is no personal contact. Callback requests are only fulfilled late even after many calls within a week! Good service looks different!

  I can confirm something similar to the previous speaker. Here you are treated "from above" and respect does not play a major role here either. I can well imagine that similar reviews will follow here :)
